Hitomi Hair Care was established on the 25th December 2004. Hitomi is proudly owned and well managed by Ms. Loh Lay Lee, who has behind her 17 years of experience in the hairstyling industry. Ms Loh has also participated twice in the XXVII Asian Hairstyling & Make-Up Competition that was held in Singapore in the year 2002 followed by another one that was held in Hong Kong not more than a year later. Having participated in the competition has brought tremendous success for Ms.Loh in the hairstyling industry. Ms Loh leads her team of stylist with a casual cool and warmth the radiates and welcomes everyone. And when we say “welcome”, we don’t just mean let in
